●亚洲塑胶控股（ASIAPLY,0105,创业板工业产品服务组）在5月7日至6月9日期间，以833万4097令吉脱售大稳控股（TAWIN,7097,主板工业产品服务组）1.14%股权，减低持股至4.38%。

该公司发文告表示，上述脱售计划将创造111万3097令吉盈利，料提高截至2021年12月31日财政年每股盈利和净资产值14仙和12.8仙。

亚洲塑胶控股将利用脱售所得充作营运资本和其他投资。
