Farid, it will take couple of months to complete it and u need to take the right issue RM 0.15 with warrant. Current price still worth it if maintain above RM 0.15 and how bout the price fall below RM 0.15?
Hi Giant Foot, based on announcement today, right issue still under proposal.., so, when right issue released, all unit price will automatically convert to right issue package with warrant? or we need to agree 1st?
Farid, the RI still under the proposal and once egm approve for it then the price will be continuing dropping. For RI counter usually the price won’t go up especially involved of MMAG group.
RI is not converted but u need to pay additional of RM 0.15 to get the mother share and the warrant as well. Total maybe it worth bout RM 0.16-0.17 depend on how much the warrant worth
Farid, RI is additional share that propose by the company no matter how much of the current share price. Details of RI is not announce yet and just to know it RI is RM 0.15
I have read RI proposal in announcement dated 30th April. the company has proposed RM0.15 per right share for every 1 existing share unit. And subscriber entitle for 1 unit warrant for every right share. so, if the price drop below RM0.15 nobody will subscribe RI.
Yes Farid u r correct. Likewise the price will stand around 0.16 the lowest otherwise nobody will subscribe it but they is the possibility to go lower than that. Pls take note
strong support at RM0.165.... operator will not let the price drop below RM0.165 before RI.., if the price temporary go up after RI Exdate... we should opportunity to exit the counter regardless at break even point/slight profit/loss...
Farid, how strong support also is fake Q. Whether they will push back or not just wait and see any chances to exit or not. Myself will not wait for it to push back scare later break 0.15 then u will stuck there
