Mbb owned by institution fund, yes.. but these funds largely gov controlled fund such as PNB & EPF. Gov won't disturb the bank operations but the bank also can't decline the loan application by gov or politicians for their projects of which some are losing business. Chasing back bad debt (if any) is extremely difficult. At the end, it is still gov controlled. Tnb what gov can do ? they can't siphon money out of the company, at max temporary reduce electricity bill for the good of rakyat
