I suggest serbadk should suspend the company first after the account selltle then only can start trading because if don't suspend the price will fall to no limit

suspend serbadk is a must because account company not yet settle . it should suspend first after finish or settle the account then only can start trading. if not the price keep falling. today if fall 10 cents, tomorrow fall again 10 cents .there is no support price.
