On behalf of the Board of Directors of Solarvest, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price for the second tranche of the Placement Shares at RM1.01 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.



The aforementioned issue price of RM1.01 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.85% or RM0.1103 to the five (5)-day weighted average market price of Solarvest Shares from 13 July 2021 to 19 July 2021 of approximately RM1.1203.
