On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 17 August 2021 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 50,000,000 Placement Shares, being the second tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.0786 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a discount of 19.96% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 16 August 2021 of RM0.0982, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
