The subscription price is RM 0.10.
Meaning you subscription share with 0.10, but its value is 0.8.
So, to be fair, the price will be adjusted.
Let say, closing on 21/9 = RM 0.80
B + E = A + A
B = Price before EX
E = Exercise Price
A = Price after EX
0.80 + 0.10 = 2A
A = 0.45
So, reference price on 22/9 will be RM 0.45.
