Jonathan, you'll get 20K unit of warrant..the basis is 1 right share for 1 warrant.

Hi all, I got advise from my remiser. Let say u r holder with 10,000 share, as long as u dun sell the stock b4 ex-date Sep23, u r entitled to subscribe 10,0000 OR share with 10 cents/share, meaning u only pay RM 1000 plus u will get 10,000 warrant FOC forhis subscription. There are some important dates stated in the announcement, get them clear what's us that about from yr remiser b4 making yr decision

Of course the mother share price will be adjusted probably/estimating say half the current price.

Let say, closing on 21/9 = RM 0.80
B + E = A + A
B = Price before EX
E = Exercise Price
A = Price after EX
0.80 + 0.10 = 2A
A = 0.45
So, reference price on 22/9 will be RM 0.45.
