morning colonel burton, stock market is all about supply and demand. as the preference shares get converted continuously, the supply of it will get lesser and price might go up eventually.
all these are subject to other factors as well, especially the public confidence with the company's management and business operations. it would be safe to wait few more quarters for the audited annual financial statements though. just my personal opinion and hope it helps in your research ✌️
chard what are you talking about supply of it get lesser. It is the other way round. once all PA shares converted do you how many shares Arbb have? more than 1 billion shares. EPS will go down, PE will go up.
thanks for answering on my behalf venice. yes, ck wong i am referring to PA supply lesser because burton asked about PA instead of mother share. hope you are clear with it ✌️
Hiew, do you think PA price will go up if mother do not go up? With more conversion more mother shares, tell me do you think the price of mother shares will go up. So if mother shares don't go up, how can PA shares goes up. you mean got people like Chard will buy PA shares until it matches the mother shares price because the supply of PA shares get lesser just like supply and demand of oil. This is share market not commodities market. PA share have a conversion price of 0.20
What I am saying is when you got a lot of mother shares in the market, it is gonna be difficult to push the mother shares price up. The more conversion you get the more mother shares you gonna get in the market. so see the relationship or not.
but the more preference share being converted into mother, mother drop is one thing, doesn't that mean that the liquidity in preference share will be lesser and lesser? hence the share price will also go down? will the company increase the amount of preference share?
