如果以去年的净利来算（Rm100.24m），假设公司100%派发，Dividend Per Share就大概在4.34c

换算成目前的价位股息率大概接近6%，值得买入

Good info to guide us . But hor ….. Usually it’s 90% distribution , even if they open with 100% to begin with they will revert back to 90% profit distribution as per REIT usually do .
