For the current quarter under review, the Group recorded a revenue of RM941.1 million,
an increase of 6.6% or RM58.5 million as compared to the previous year corresponding
quarter. Profit before tax was lower at RM55.9 million, a decline of RM17.2 million over
the same period. This was mainly attributable to a one-off (non-cash) impairment on the
investment in associate amounting to RM25.0 million. Excluding this impairment,
