Low iron ore price with high steel price. This is the best scenario for HT.

With China power control, a lot of steel plant in China cannot operate efficiently. Hence, raw material iron ore price is ar lowest now.

As economy open up, requirement of steel increases. This is another computer chip situation.

Raw material ( iron ore) has dropped by half USD121/MT compare to USD229/MT in May. And output of steel is at recent months high at CNY5,689/MT.

China demand maintain high.

This the situation for steel producer.
