HK Ngui, counters like this, never ever trade in contra basis. I bought it too for trading purposes BUT with my own blood, sweat and tears money. Eventually it will be up to my expected TP unless it is going for PN17 :-)
Remember QES is nota semicon equipment manufacturer yet, their core biz is electronic equipment distribution. They just start up the manufacturing division in less then 2 years, they need to invest funds to hire talent engineer and partner with professional firm to help the manufacturing setup, I think they still lack of skill, knowledge to build up the division. The most important is about how the analyst and fund manager point of view about QES prospect and liquidity of share, otherwise, to push up the share price, the director have fry it up by their own fund.
HK Ngui, perhaps you don't really know QES's history. They started their manufacturing arm years back by the name of Creden run by an ex idiotic director but now no longer there :-)
In stock broking, I don't depend on TA. I rely on belief, trust, sharpness, guts and a little bit of luck :-) Research and studying of the stocks I trade or invest as well. Also lots of reading :-)
TA is just a indicator, it’s like a drawing by the operator. Don’t fully trust TA, FA+ TA+ research is how you survive in stock market. My personal experience, for friends around me that only depends on TA, won’t last long. They hard to earn big money, only can earn chicken rice money
Fan, yes, u right, FA and TA is past performance record, for reference only, i has experience b4 use TA for selecting stock, I use RSI indicator, buy in at oversold, ultimately the price going down further, therefore i study and evaluate realising it should RSI must be use with other indicator. i found out macd and ema is reliable and accurate
Hk, yes I also use rsi and support resistance to buy for good stock or find the support point to accumulate. And in bursa another important things is sentiment. Just like AA and genm, FA not looking good but ada sentiment in the next few month. So price will go uptrend until end of December
if u log in to bursamarketplc, u notice that most banker and fund manager do not pay more attention to ACE stock market, I found a reason, becoz ACE stock liquidity is not stable as like at main market, another reason is the cap is small
u can hv look there is no any investment banker and fund manager set TP for ACE stock. they focus more on large cap and stable liqudity stock at main market. If QES share price wanna to push up, there will be charges for service to paid to those banker, bcoz retail investor cant move the price, only big fund holder like them could do it
In my opinion, the stock price is not moving because the visibility and predictability of the upcoming results are not clear yet due to the shipping and supply problems. I guess the stock price will move up in November, after Q3 is released as by that time the result predictability and visibility will be a lot clearer.
To the bankers of QES. I forewarn you. If you are still stubborn and not pushing QES by this week time, I shall give the orders to Ting Lek to gun you down :-)
Just trust your trading plan. If your trading plan says go out, then go out. If your trading plan says hold, just hold. Whatever dato' throw in money here and there all cannot be trusted, no proof at all. Just someone unknown says this and that. Trust your knowledge and wisdom in trading, and act accordingly.
