who give a damn shit about tht.. whether director holding or not..if they r holding its acceptable beacase its their company..they wnt to sve the cmpny..but u must rmmbr one thing..in this company not only the director own the shares..but the others hve the shares too..and they can dispose anytime they wnt..and they dont gve a shit to u retailers..
