QR barely drops 3% but trade receivable reduced by 5%. I guess no big drop in profit is acceptable in slow market.

Good news is the surprise 0.5cent dividen. DY is now over 4%! ^_^

Given the current situation in real estate market, such a result is not too bad for a newly listed small cap company, dont u think so?

Of course this is not a good counter if u r looking for short term quick gain.

construction company's results is expecting not quite stable. Such result already can considered good performance if compare with others. This counter really need a lot of patience
