美国将于今年上半年升息来对抗通膨压力，导致REIT的股息光彩消减，所以股价最近狂跌。
无可否认，国家银行会升息来对抗美元的升值，但有可能从现在的1.75%一下子升到3.00%？
如果真的发生，很多Flexi-Loan的借贷者不是得面对突如其来的利息财务压力？我个人觉得不会升息到那么高，那么快…

理论上升息会影响reit，可是历史证明升息对reit影响不大。2009年opr在2.00% 然后一路升息至2011年 opr 3.00%。回顾axreit股价，2009至2011都是一路上涨的。无可否认，历史不代表现在，但是个人认为值得借鉴。
