Evidently market is not optimistic about the company operation and the new management that does not seem to look savvy- buying frm previous owner at 55cts and allowing shares to drop to this precipitous level. Even now ard 10.5-11.5 can't call it as value investing yet as chart sentiments indeed looks iffy.
