基金忙着出货，散户趁机"捞底"。最新的文章关于公司和基金没有沟通，是上市公司如果有重大决定，会先告知基金，而散户是之后才获得消息。现在基金得不到GDB正面回应，当然要减仓或清仓做风险管理。

GDB不回应，极可能是KSK没有一个正式的回复。未来的股价会PRICE-IN最坏的结果，考虑买入的会是做长线投资。毕竟在这几年内，房屋建筑业要异军突起是很难的事。
