think properly..cancel icps meaning cutting off CGP fund.. CGP not interested in playing the little brother on Silterra. Their aim has always been to makan Silterra. If icps is cancelled, CGP will get irritated and will close all the doors to the customers they've introduced. The problem is not money for Silterra/Dnex, the problem is contacts. Dnex alone can't pull customers especially when they're using older technology. Unless TSMC or Foxconn comes into the picture.

CGP would've said they wanted a bigger portion of Silterra share if dnex wants their customers, MiTi won't allow, so Dnex quietly did icps deal behind MiTi's back. That explains sharp share drop one day before election when Anwar is a threat to all corporate malpractice. Foxconn previously bid for Silterra from Khazanah but they rejected cause they're not interested in 60-40 deal. Long story short, Silterra can make all the chips they won't, they'll be worthless if they don't have customers.

This quarter go to Holland. start wafer drop. no demand. China fab Smic grace they also drop. TSMc drop, meant whole market will drop. no one will escaped. some more Silterra is rank at 15 out of total 15 foundry fab in the world.
