I just received my dividend from MAYBANK today. Some people are always grumbling because the stock price doesn't appreciate much . But I am thankful for the dividend of RM1.545 per share that's I have received since early 2021. Thank you, MAYBANK, for the generous returns .

Maybank collateral account and cash upfront trading account offered different services. Its the same as others' investment trading accounts. For some trading accounts, it might delays for a week or two.

Malaysia banking counters mostly are all way undervalued. There exists tremendous opportunity to harvest in these counters, somehow I don't understand the mindset of ppl who put money in FD and not banking shares. It doesn't require the wisdom of rocket scientists to invest in Malaysia's banking shares or does it? haha

And there are plenty of weird ppl selling banking shares at this low price, why? beats me. Anyway, this round (half yearly) alone I collect a total of 85K all combined.

I recommend those that have spare money to investing in banking sectors. Don't miss the opportunity, study its EPS, Div Yield history to convince yourself.

Amos, study the bank counter Div Yield, EPS history and news. From there you can gather its potential, character and direction.

I have a gut feeling that with the financial predicament (won't say crisis yet), ppl are withdrawing their money from US n invest in HK, Singapore n East Asia n Gold....You know what to do lah. Now patience is truly a VIRTUE.
