boon. if this company pe is lower than industry. then price is reasonable. however need to see other factors as well e.g. industry outlook, company SWoT, financial position etc.
always remember, invest one company not only see what rsi, pe etc. this is only additional homework. the main homework is study company background as I mentioned above. Good luck.

疫情过后，商场最缺的就是信任。大银行不愿贷款给SME, 导致越来越多SME转向crowd funding 借钱，一份CTOS report 是少不了。去年出车，向银行贷款也要一份个人CTOS report。B2B也一样，suppliers 总要偷偷买一份准客户的CTOS report ，确定准客户的credit score属于良好水平，才愿意让客户开户口。基金经理方面，有不少表现好的基金有买入CTOS。以上都是我个人收集的资料也是我个人的看法，没有买卖建议。如果接下来的几个季度盈利有所增加，PE就会下来了。盈利会不会增加？那只是时间问题而已。
