#darren lim. 10000 lots or 10000 units?
if you have 10,000 lots, 13 x 10,000 x 100 units x 0.01 = RM130,000.
if you have 1,000 lots, 13 x 1,000 x 100 units x 0.01 = RM 13,000.
if you have 100 lots, 13 x 10,000 units x 0.01 = RM 1,300.
