retail investors panic when they got news from The Edge that Plaintiff (Freddy & the group) withdrew their summon to call for an EGM on this coming 25th May to remove Lo from the board.
As soon as Lo sold his shares recently, Lo no longer hold the biggest majority in BAHVEST. So, automatically Lo will be remove from BOD. Then EGM already set on the 13th June to appoint new directors. Freddy told court to ignore their summon.

I don't think so. when you have a case with MACC, they will frozen your accounts. after remand ends, MACC will bring lo to court. most macc cases, court will release suspect but suspect needs to pay bail, surrender passport, report to nearest police station every week.
this is not Lo's doing.

Derek, when someone pump, they then take profit and dump everything. the more they dump, the smaller their profit. why they want to do that? unless they want to buyback again at lower price and pump again..
right now, Lo is too busy with MACC & Hasil Bumi Sabah. I don't think this is his doing or his son's doing. Unless he can get a boat and go to Phillipines or Sulu.
Since many retail investors have bad experience just last week, when they panic, they don't hold back. they sold everything. it like BAHVEST will never rise again. no point keeping. so you can see Sell qty is thin. not many put up their share for sale bcos they already sold all.
on Bidder side, many still bid to buy.
