Thanks for the sharing. I guessed there are other reasons for the optimism within the gold price - typically as safe haven; instead of purely driven by coronavirus. Closer to poh kong, seems to me that gold price has much more influence compare to the normalised exchange rates over the years. Signs of prudent inventory mgmt and higher inventory turnover while managing its retail outlets + introducing digital marketing mix. Not expecting explosive growth rate for Poh Kong but a higher gold price will definitely helps its bottom line.

Just my personal opinions - think of Poh Kong as your insurance over a longer period of time. If there are wars, or economy decelerations, safe haven commodities like gold will do well. You should be at ease holding it just like car insurance. :) when you need it, it’s there though the best is not to claim it. Hope it helps.
