encik helmie, in my opinion, if havent take any position, better to wait for the quarter result to be released, around 21 to 28 february. If the current rally is because of good quarter result, probably it will fall later when the qr is released.
Overall don’t expect much today results out already ... hope for next few weeks for the price to free flow baxk to its fair price, currently undervalue haha
NTA can be a reference but not a definite formula to determine the fair value @han
Example... a company have a lot of machine but unable to generate profit so no matter how high the NTA also not much help in driving the share price
