if no time to study and follow up on the stock, advisable to buy high dividend stock or reits. every year getting dividend sleep well

Buying stock is a risk, no matter the company have good fundamental or not, it depend on the company performance on monthly , quarterly and yearly basic, it will decide the dividend and share price
