Before listing, there's dividend.. But after listing, how come no dividend.....

not mistaken, last div. 4% on 18/18/15 payment 20/1/16. i received chq v late due miss posting. cal up KL ofc, follow by gmail on. reply; replacement together with next year dividend 2017. so far nothing come by. Disappointed !
