KUALA LUMPUR: Menara Rezeki Sdn Bhd (MRSB) will proceed with its RM1.2 billion Flat PKNS Jalan Tun Razak redevelopment project in Kampung Bharu after obtaining the approval from the majority of local residents.
The redevelopment project will be undertaken by MRSB and Jiankun International Bhd
’s joint venture company, Menara Rezeki Properties Sdn Bhd.
In a statement today, MRSB said it will be submitting a proposal pertaining to the redevelopment project to the local government soon.
