PETALING JAYA: Gagasan Nadi Cergas Bhd
’s unit, Nadi Cergas Sdn Bhd (NCSB), has secured a RM189.79mil contract from Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd (PPD) to build 929 units of affordable homes in Kemuning Utama, Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Gagasan Nadi said the turnkey contract includes the design, execution, construction and completion of the proposed high-rise affordable homes development.
Each unit will be 1,000 square feet, priced at not more than RM250,000.
