（吉隆坡8日讯）南方电缆（SCGBHD，0225，主板工业股）建议以每2股送1股凭单比例，发出4亿股免费凭单。
该公司指出，假设凭单的行使价为每股29.42仙，以及所有凭单转换为母股，该公司将从中筹集1亿1768万令吉。如无意外，上述活动预期在末季完成。
