（吉隆坡8日讯）南方电缆（SCGBHD,0225,主板工业产品服务组）建议以2送1比例，派送4亿张凭单。
南方电缆发文告表示，该凭单为期5年。
假设行使价为29.42仙，在凭单全面转换后，该公司可从中筹集1亿1768万令吉，将用作营运资本。
