游礼发产业发5亿票据

（吉隆坡22日讯）游礼发产业（YNHPROP,3158,主板产业组）将子公司旗下两个产业作为担保，发行总值高达5亿令吉的中期票据。

公司在文告中指出，上述两个资产为吉隆坡163Retail Park零售购物中心和AEON Seri Manjung双层零售购物中心。

上述建议是为了让公司可立即变现资产，将资金拨于公司业务和营运等用途。
