兆光通讯拟2股送1凭单
（吉隆坡13日讯）兆光通讯（Binasat Communications Bhd）建议，以2股配1凭单的比例，派发高达1亿9415万张凭单。
该公司今日向大马交易所报备，假设凭单转换价为21仙，如果获全面行使，将筹集4077万令吉，并将充作公司营运资本。
此外，派送凭单还将加强公司资本和股东基金。
这项免费凭单计划预计将在第四季完成。
闭市时，该股跌0.5仙或2.38%，报20.5仙，市值为7960万令吉。今年来，股价下跌了35.94%。
