Puncak Niaga bags RM44 mil contract from UiTM Shah Alam

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 25): Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned unit TRIplc Medical Sdn Bhd (TMSB) has secured a contract worth RM44.14 million from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam.

TMSB will manage, undertake and complete the supply of additional medical equipment for the teaching hospital and medical academic centre in UiTM Puncak Alam, said Puncak Niaga in a bourse filing on Tuesday (Oct 25).

The duration of the project is 40 months, commencing July 1, 2022 to Oct 31, 2025.

Puncak Niaga said the supply agreement is expected to contribute to its earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2022.

Shares of Puncak Niaga closed half a sen or 2.44% lower to 20 sen on Tuesday, which translates into a market capitalisation of RM87.72 million.
