Seacera获准延交重组计划
（吉隆坡9日讯）PN17公司Seacera Group Bhd如今可在明年4月24日之前向监管机构提交重组计划。
这家瓷砖制造商今日向大马交易所报备，马交所周四致函通知批准该公司进一步延长期限的申请。若无法按时呈交重组计划，则将从马交所下市。
休市时，该股跌3.13%或0.5仙，报15.5仙，成交量有35万股。
由于拖欠大马回教银行（AmBank Islamic Bhd）的本金和利息，Seacera于2019年4月列为PN17公司。当时未偿贷款总额为2215万令吉。
