东家ICULS定价23.5仙
（吉隆坡11日讯）东家（Eastern & Oriental Bhd）将不可赎回可转换无抵押债券股（ICULS）的发行价和票面价值定为每单位23.5仙。
根据向大马交易所的报备，以一对一比例转换的价格也定为23.5仙。
该集团表示，发行价和转换价较理论除权价（33.5仙），折价10仙或29.85%。
根据发行价，ICULS将筹集1亿5000万至2亿2000万令吉，主要用于现有和未来项目。
另2732万至3486万令吉将充当营运资本，以及90万令吉支付这项企业活动的费用。
东家今日攀升0.5仙或1.2%，收于42仙，市值报6亿1267万令吉。
