（吉隆坡11日讯）前房屋及地方政府部长丹斯里陈祖排辞任佐汉控股（JOHAN,3441,主板金融服务组）非执行董事。

根据文告，79岁的陈祖排已从周三（11日）起退休，卸下非独立非执行董事职位。

该公司另一位现年76岁的独立非执行董事黄腾耀（音译）也于同日退休离职。
