IGB商业产托末季净利下跌30.53%
（吉隆坡19日讯）IGB商业产托（IGBCR，5299，主板房产信托股）2022财政年末季（截至12月31日止）净利按年下跌30.53%，至1332万令吉，前期为1918万令吉；营业额按年增加6.88%，至4944万令吉，前期为4626万令吉。
全年净利激增186.53%，至6307万令吉，前期为2201万令吉；营业额也从前年的5337万令吉，暴涨256.84%，至1亿9043万令吉。
董事局宣布派发每单位1.49仙收益分配，除权和支付日分别落在2月7日及2月27日。
