PETALING JAYA: Pertubuhan Keselamatan Social (Perkeso) has emerged a substantial shareholder in Cypark Resources Bhd
with a 5.49% stake.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Cypark, a renewable energy-based business, noted that Perkeso had acquired 42 million Cypark shares on Feb 3 via a direct deal.
Cypark has also seen the emergence of the Jakel Capital Sdn Bhd as a substantial shareholder with a 27.33% stake following a private placement of 176.6 million new Cypark shares worth RM67.1mil in January.
