PETALING JAYA: GFM Services Bhd
has entered into a share sale agreement with Ahmad Nasri Abdul Gani for the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Atmajaya Arvino Sdn Bhd for RM9mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, GFM Services noted Atmajaya Arvino was on May 27, 2022 awarded the rights to develop a rest and service area (RSA) along the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Expressway near Bentong.
“The acquisition is a move to deepen GFM’s presence in the highway RSA business and tap into the growing demand for highway services in Malaysia,” the group said.
