KUALA LUMPUR: Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd has accepted a RM242.2mil contract from KL Wellness City (H) Sdn Bhd for the construction of the main building and external works for a mixed development project in Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.

It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the project is for a duration of 27 months from June 1, 2023, to Sept 30, 2025.

It said the project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and enhance the net assets of the group during the duration of the project.
