KUALA LUMPUR: SYF Resources Bhd has received a notice in writing from Messrs. UHY on their resignation as auditors of the company.

The furniture manufacturer said Messrs. UHY term of office would end after 21 days from May 19, 2023 on June 9, 2023.

“The resignation of Messrs. UHY is on a voluntary basis and there are no written representations or explanations for such cessation made by the resigning auditors,” SYF said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
