KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 21): MKH Oil Palm (East Kalimantan) Bhd (KL:MKHOP) said its Indonesian subsidiary, PT Tunas Tani Tutus (PT Tunas), has received approval from Indonesia’s Ministry of Law on Monday, Oct 20, to convert from a domestic company to a foreign-owned entity.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MKH Oil Palm said the approval allows PT Tunas to operate within Indonesia’s foreign investment framework.

Following the approval, PT Tunas officially became a subsidiary of MKH Oil Palm, effective Oct 20.
