KUALA LUMPUR: Ecofirst Consolidated Bhd
has appointed Yip Kit Weng and Lee King Loon as independent non-executive directors, effective Jan 19, 2026.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said Yip, 55, brings nearly three decades of experience in equity fundraising, corporate finance and advisory, corporate banking, private debt securities issuances and private equity transactions.
He is a chartered accountant and holds professional qualifications with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, CPA Australia, the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.
Yip holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financing and Accounting from the University of Western Australia.
