PETALING JAYA: QL Resources Bhd
has broken ground on its RM1.3bil QL Innofood Park, an integrated food manufacturing hub, in Hutan Melintang, Perak.
Undertaken through QL Foods Sdn Bhd, the project represents a key step in QL Resources’ food products manufacturing expansion beyond its existing surimi-based products.
In a release, the agro-based food manufacturer noted that the almost 100-acre park development will be undertaken in phases over a 10-year period.
In the initial phase, focus will be on core infrastructure, including smart cold storage, sustainable utilities, and logistics facilities, to support long-term scalability and operational efficiency.
