佳博售雪房屋局1.35亿公寓

（吉隆坡10日讯）佳博（NADIBHD,0206,创业板建筑组）以1亿3440万令吉价格，把Idaman Casuarina 1公寓项目523套可负担房屋整栋出售给雪兰莪房屋及地产局（LPHS）。

佳博今天发文告宣布，上述公寓已签署协议，将由雪州房屋及地产局面根据“先租后买”模式出租。

该计划允许符合条件的雪州居民租住2到5年，并在合约满时获得返还30%租金，以支付未来购买其他可负担房屋的首期款。
