（吉隆坡2日讯）随着K集团（KGROUP,0036,创业板科技组）脱售持有的XOX说电讯（XOX,0165,创业板电讯媒体组）502万4900股，直接持股降至3.54％，不再是主要股东。

两家公司今日分别发布文告，说明这项股权变动。
