PETALING JAYA: Ancom Nylex Bhd
has posted a higher net profit of RM25.03mil for the fourth quarter ended May 31, 2026, on the back of a RM608.88mil revenue.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the agricultural machinery manufacturer said that the increase in both were mainly due to higher income from the newly acquired medical equipment subsidiary, H2H Medicare Group Sdn Bhd, and stronger contribution from its industrial chemical division which did better on higher crude oil prices.
The group declared a dividend of one sen per share for the quarter.
For its full financial year, Ancom Nylex posted a profit of RM81.44mil on the back of a revenue of RM1.93bil.
