AME Elite Consortium Bhd will construct a 220,000sf. manufacturing facility in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, for HYA Industry (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. The plant will focus on the research, development, and production of aerospace components and medical orthopaedic implant forgings.
Businessman Datuk Eddie Ong Choo Meng has ceased to be a substantial unitholder of Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust. Ong disposed of 7.1mn units via the open market on 7 August 2026, trimming his unitholding to 4.998%.
