Eka Noodles falls 7.69% on losing court case
KUALA LUMPUR (April 25): Eka Noodles Bhd lost 7.69% at mid-morning today after the court has ruled against Eka Noodles in its judgement favouring Bank Pertanian Malaysia Bhd in relation to a lawsuit filed against it and wholly-owned unit Kilang Bihun Bersatu Sdn Bhd.
The lawsuit involved claims of at least RM7.1 million plus interest.
At 10.39am, Eka Noodles fell 0.5 sen to 6 sen with 96,200 shares done.
